TASTING NOTES: Dark Cherry, Raspberry

Leaning into our Italian coffee style and taking things just a tad darker, this light-to-medium roast highlights the low fruit tones, think sweet and tart with earthy undertones reminiscent of stone fruits like blackberries and cherries.

Great for those who want the in-between coffee experience of a bright light roast and hearty medium roast.

Our most popular coffee is a Latin American blend with components from Columbia and Brazil highlighting the region’s strong chocolate and caramel notes in the beans when roasted slightly past the medium mark. Roasted in true Italian tradition, this nuanced dark roast features a South American blend hit with just enough time and temperature on the roaster to create that bold, bittersweet cup with a backbone to hold up to your café au lait any way you make it. A versatile blend for those who take it straight black or with milk/favorite milk substitute.

  • Carefully Sourced

    We source green coffee from Central America, South America, & Asia with the goal of targeting different flavor profiles in your finished cup. To secure the quality that we need, we procure the coffee months in advance.

  • Quality Tested

    Once the green coffee arrives in the US, we cup every single lot to guarantee that it aligns with the target grade and quality.

  • Held to High Standards

    If the coffee is not up to specifications or if there are defects we reject that lot and don’t ever allow that coffee to be used in our production – high standards

  • Blending & Roasting

    Our espresso and coffees can have anywhere between 1 – 7 components per blend. We blend our beans and they go into a mixer to get a homogeneous blend before it goes into our roasters to ensure a consistent cup every time.
